2.7 Thermal roll consists of chilled cast iron body and two flange shaft heads. The body is drilled surround to form the thermal oil channel. The special design can insure the uniform surface temp.
2.8 Soft roll consists of intermediate body and two flange shaft heads. The cover material is imported, done in domestic. The body is equipped with stainless steel liner interlayer, forming the fluid flow passage with flange shaft heads and double-pass rotary joint, keep the soft roll working.
2.9 The spreader roll use composite bidirection multipoint spiral groove structure. When sheet width is large, it is better to use three-section variable spreader roll.
2.10 Thermal roll oil heating use conduction oil electrical heating system. The roll body temp use linear control system. Main parts and electrical control elements are imported.

Packing and shipment
Mechanical transmission parts: the canlender has four transmission points, soft roll is added a pair of synchronous belt wheels in addition, and driven by synchronous belt wheels. Master transmission point is composed of high-precision reducer with hard tooth surface, AC variable frequency motor and transmission shaft.
Electric control part: electric control part of master transmission of host machine shall be self-provided by buyers and electric control of auxiliary transmission shall be provided by the seller.
